I am a new non-smoker, who is finally starting to get her life and her body in shape! As you can see by my list of interesting links, I have developed an interest in outdoors recreation, particularly hiking, camping and backpacking.

I am also interested in travel, and having been to South Africa, I think that I am in love! It is a wondrous country, and the people are fascinating and kind. Please take a look.
